John and Juliet lead the design teams and make most of the initial contact with prospective clients. Between them, they have over 30 years of experience in residential and light commercial projects. Having completed hundreds of projects over their careers, they have developed a unique set of skills that yield award-winning yet very practical and timeless designs that provide our clients with outstanding value and years of enjoyment.

	Tom and Jim concentrate their efforts in the estimating and construction phases of our process. Since both are registered architects, they bring to each project a trained eye for design that is uncommon in today's often overly mechanical construction industry. They insure that our staffs in estimating and construction work together with our clients, the design team and the subcontractors to engineer and build projects our clients can be proud of while keeping an eye on costs and making the entire process run smoothly.

Jerry is the most recent addition to our team and has been working on residential and light commercial projects for fifteen years. His experience includes a wide range of remodeling and new construction projects. His philosophy of working closely with clients to develop designs that are derived from their needs, and following through to ensure construction meets their expectations blends wonderfully with our building design process.
